Alex coleman Kime Podcasting and Dynamic Microphone
Most radio studios have been using RE20s or SM7b microphones for decades now, so it is only natural that many podcasters have added those mics to their setup. While they both sound great, keep in mind that USB (or even lightning/firewire) interface you have may not give you enough power, leaving your vox sounding somewhat lifeless and muffled. Luckily it isn't to hard to find a preamp for under $100 that should easily fix these issues. If you're interested in a quick solution to low quality sound, this might be a good solution for you.
